Returns and Exchanges Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of receipt of the item. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund, exchange, or credit. If we receive your return after 30 days of purchase, we will issue a store credit only. If we find the merchandise is not in its original condition and packaging, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping costs.
Custom orders require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned. Items that non-returnable/, non-refundable are identified as such in the product description which will state "this item is a custom order.” If you wish to cancel a custom order, you may do so within 2 business days of your original order date.
Returned items may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 20% in addition to the shipping & handling charges. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Shipping charges are determined based on the total amount of your order and are listed below. These rates apply only to orders shipped via ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Express Shipping is available on select items upon request. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

Certain items, which are bulky, heavy and/ or, require extra packaging and care will incur a Freight Surcharge. This will be listed in the Product Description, along with the amount of the surcharge, in addition to the appropriate charge outlined above.
Store Pick-up
If you are a local customer or a customer coming into town and would like to pick-up your purchase, store pick-up is a convenient option. Not only do you save on shipping charges, but your items will be wrapped (optional) and ready to go. Upon checkout, you will be given the choice of Store Pick-up or UPS Ground (having your items shipped to you). After you choose Store Pick-up and pay for your purchase, you will receive 2 e-mails. The first e-mail you will receive immediately. This is a notification of your order. This is your order invoice of items purchased. Print this out. The second e-mail is a confirmation that your order is ready for pick-up. Once you receive the second e-mail confirming your order is ready for pick-up, bring the notification containing your invoice of items to the store for pick-up.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping only applies to items that have free shipping. If other items are purchased on order that do not have free shipping, shipping charges will be incurred under the charges outlined above.
Shipping Time
Shipping Times are quoted based on past ordering history. These are estimates only and ShopRollys.com cannot be held responsible for delays beyond the estimated delivery times given. Delays do not constitute a refund. We will always make every effort to expedite the manufacturing and shipping of items to you and will notify you promptly of any delays. All orders will ship within 2 Business Days unless noted otherwise.

Sales Tax
No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the state of North Carolina. ShopRollys.com is required to collect 7.75% sales tax on all orders shipped to a North Carolina address.
Backorder Policy
Occasionally, some of our products may be backordered for a period of time. In the case of a backorder, you will be notified immediately of the expected ship date of that item. All backorders will ship promptly unless the order has been canceled. In order to cancel an order, please send us an email requesting cancellation to info@ShopRollys.com prior to shipping. Once item(s) have shipped, please refer to Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Gift Wrapping
We are pleased to offer gift wrap, free of charge! Some things like Wall Art, Furniture, Strollers, etc cannot be wrapped due to size and/ or due to items being shipped directly from the manufacturer. The items that can be wrapped will have the option upon adding to shopping cart.
